The visit was a component of an invitation extended by Chinese President Xi Jinping to tour the museum in his hometown.

The prime minister and the delegation were informed about the preservation and restoration of historical heritage and the promotion of tourism during the visit.

PM Shehbaz, who is currently in China for a five-day official visit, visited diverse sectors of the museum and expressed his admiration for the craftsmanship of Chinese artisans and the beauty of the ancient Chinese statues.

He stated that the Chinese, like other great nations, are known for their dedication to the preservation and preservation of their historical assets. He also praised the craftsmanship of Chinese artisans in 200 BC.

The prime minister also expressed his gratitude to the Chinese government for its efforts to preserve and restore the historical site, noting that Pakistan also possesses a rich cultural and historical heritage.

He also stated that the government would promote and restore its own historical sites as tourist destinations.

Additionally, he expressed gratitude to President Xi for extending an invitation to visit the museum.

The prime minister was accompanied by the following federal ministers: Khawaja Muhammad Asif, Ahsan Iqbal, Muhammad Aurangzeb, Ataullah Tarar, Dr. Musadik Malik, Sardar Awais Khan Leghari, and Rana Tanveer Hussain.
